Thank you for shopping at SSK Infosys. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
Important Notes:
- No Returns, Refunds, or Replacements will be accepted:
- If you simply don't like the product.
- If the product seal is broken or the product has been used.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product:
If the product is:
- Delivered in damaged condition,
- Defective or not working (dead on arrival),
- Or if you receive the wrong product,
You must:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Share a mandatory uncut unboxing video as proof.
- Email the video to: sskinfosys2017@gmail.com
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Warranty Claims:
- Any product-related issues after delivery should be claimed directly with the brand’s official service center as per their warranty policy.
Returns Process:
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
- Return requests are processed within 5 to 6 days after approval.
- Refunds are issued within 3 business days to your bank account after the returned product is received and verified.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be returned within 7 business days.
- The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products made to order or customized.
- Items that spoil quickly or have expired.
- Unsealed products related to hygiene or health.
- Items that are inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
